All The Above operates on a (4/5) business day turn around,after payment verification. Turn around does not include shipping time. All packages will be charged for shipping and handling. This includes back orders. Our standard shipping is UPS Ground.

Return Policy:
A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must first be obtained by calling 864-915-2115. This RGA must be clearly marked on the outside of your pkg. No claim for return will be accepted without an RGA number. A copy of the original invoice with the returned item circled must accompany the RGA. Personalized gifts are non-returnable. All returns that are not damaged of a defect in materials or workmanship, will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. These goods must also be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Damaged items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of All The Above. If it is determined that there is no damage, the item will be returned to the customer at their cost and no credit issued. Claims on damaged items, due to shipping must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. These must also be in their original carton. Shipping charges will not be refunded; return shipping charges are at customer expense.
Back Orders:
While we make every effort to maintain stock of all styles: this may not always be possible. In the event an item is out of stock,we will make every attempt to ship the item as soon as possible. We will give you an approx. arrival date; but this date cannot be guaranteed.
